Carter and Clinton destroyed our military and our human intelligence capabilities. Reagan built up the military after Carter made those deep cuts. Bush continued our military build up. I was there when Clinton started is draw downs and military facility closings. I was in the National Intelligence side of the USAF and I saw what he did to our HUMIT and ESS. You have no idea. Now - we're stretched - and Obama is vowing to draw down our military again. This current administration has built this military up again and improved our intelligence capabilities again after Clinton gutted it.
