Taking a break from the political stuff tonight!

I know - this must be very disappointing for Bill and 3Degrees and KatieAnne since they just can’t wait for me to post something up either pro-McCain or anti-Obama just so they can come by here to add their 2 cents!  I know they wait on pins and needles every day just waiting for me to put something up here!

Well, sorry guys - I need a break - just for tonight.  Instead - gonna take a page from 3Degrees up there and pass some love around to some of our fellow Today.com bloggers - those other blogs that I’ve either discovered through EntreCard or through the Today.com boards that I like to read - kinda help them out a bit.

Some of these are political blogs - others are family related - and then there are those that are just miscellaneous - but all worth a visit.  Please show some support to these bloggers - stop by and say howdy! - oh - and make sure you check out Bill, KatieAnne, and 3Degree’s sites linked up there.  While they don’t agree with my politics - they do put good stuff of their own up there.  Bill’s primary website - What Would Batman Do is a favorite read of mine - I’m kinda a cartoon freak myself.  His other blog is political - he has some pretty wild stuff up there to - make sure you visit that one as well - The Godless, Baby-Killing Sodomite .

    You know it! The only problem is - for whatever reason - we always seem to play down to our weaker opponents. If we can’t put a severe ass-whuppin on an 0-6 team - we should just hang it up! I get really frustrated at the games where they should just walk all over the other team. Who knows - maybe they’ll really rip in to the Bengals and show them why we’re on top and they’re in the basement!

    I actually love talking with people who don’t agree with my point of view (at least when they back it up with fact, which you often do).

    Exactly skw! Being informed means listening to all sides and figuring out where the truth is. If you only listen to one point of view, chances are you have no idea about the reality of any situation.

    Me too SKW - if we all agreed all the time nothing would ever get done! Sure, I take a hard right stance on many issues - but - there are others I am willing to listen to with an open mind.
