Rudy and Sarah were amazing!
I just got done watching both Rudy Giuliani and Sarah Palin give there speeches this evening! I must say they were both absolutely amazing this evening. Rudy really warmed up the crowd with some great zingers aimed directly at Obama.

The video for Palin is not out just yet - but, as soon as it comes up, I’ll link it. Sarah Palin looked cool, confident, composed, and absolutely ready to take on Biden and Obama. In fact she took them head on and just completely blasted Obama’s policies as well as his own experience as a “community organizer.”
I said it before, and I’ll say it again, this is an absolutely amazing woman - very strong and ready to lead this country in to a better era. I think my favorite quote from her is: “As a Mayor I organized a community. But, I had actual responsibilities.” This is just one of many she had.
I’ll post up more here tomorrow after I get a chance to really sift through my mind everything that what presented this evening..in addition to trying to hunt down a video of her speech.
She’s the definition of smarmy. I noticed she didn’t mention killing polar bears at all.
Palin did an awesome job! She is so versatile and a very confidant strong leader!
Smarmy! That’s exactly the word I’ve been looking for Bill. It’s been on the tip of my tongue since watching the speech at 3.30am this morning (central euro time). Personally, I’d be more impressed at her going after Bin Laden then Biden, but hey, given her international experience …..!
Bill-Katieanne - smarmy? really? So - when a conservative woman shows grace, confidence, intellect, and strength she’s smarmy. But when Hillary or Michelle Obama does it, they’re leaders and great speakers? Nice to see there aren’t any double standards there guys!
Regarding the polar bears - The National Center for Policy Analysis (http://www.ncpa.org/pub/ba/ba551/) has already debunked that issue. It’s been proven that the only reason the dems threw the polar bears on that endangered species list is to keep us from drilling in the arctic. They are no closer to being endangered than are dogs or cats. Besides, who would know best about the environment and wildlife of Alaska than a born and raised Alaskan?
Regarding international experience - you can’t be serious? What international experience does either Obama or Biden have? If you consider just travelling overseas as international experience - then I have a helluva lot more experience than any one of them. Neither Obama or Biden have any foreign policy negotiation experience either. Neither of them have ever been authorized to negotiate or speak on behalf of the US in any international travels. So - this isn’t an area you guys really want to go in.
You guys really need to give it up. You keep drawing the short straws!
